Terms & Conditions SPD888 – Malaysia Platform Guidelines

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "SPD888" or "spd888" or "we" – refers to the operating company of the spd888.im platform and all its affiliated entities.
• "Platform" – refers to the spd888.im website, mobile application, and all services offered through them.
• "Player" or "Member" or "you" – refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the spd888 platform.
• "Account" – refers to the player's personal account registered at spd888, containing personal information, balance and transaction history.
• "Funds" – refers to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) deposited, won, or credited to a player's account at spd888.
• "Bonus" – refers to any bonus credits, free spins, or other incentives granted by spd888 to players through its promotional programmes.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirements" – refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a player is eligible to withdraw them.
• "Responsible Gaming" – refers to the framework and tools provided by spd888 to help players stay within safe limits.

All gender references in this document are gender-neutral. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.

The spd888 platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. spd888 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident currently residing in Malaysia.
• Is not on spd888's self-exclusion list or any recognised gambling exclusion scheme.
• Has never been declared bankrupt without discharge, or has no outstanding court-ordered gambling-related debts.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

Spd888 reserves the right to conduct background checks and request identity verification documents (MyKad, passport, or equivalent) at any time to ensure compliance with eligibility requirements.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the spd888 platform at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is accurate, current, and truthful including your full name as per your identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address and your actual date of birth.

• Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure without a refund of funds.
• You are responsible for keeping your spd888 account password and login credentials confidential.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.
• Please notify spd888 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Spd888 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call under any circumstances.

Spd888 reserves the right to verify a player's identity at any time prior to processing any withdrawal or granting access to exclusive promotions.

All financial transactions on the spd888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). spd888 supports the following local Malaysia payment methods for deposits:

• DuitNow (Bank-to-Bank & QR)
• FPX Internet Banking – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now and other available Malaysian banks
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for most payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on account tier and the payment method used. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation of payment.

Only deposits made through a payment method registered under the same player's name will be accepted. spd888 reserves the right to return deposits received from third parties without prior notice.

Players may request a withdrawal at any time through the spd888 account portal. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to availability.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• The standard processing time is 1 to 2 hours on business days.
• VIP Gold members enjoy processing within 30 minutes.
• Spd888 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding RM1,000.
• All applicable bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is approved.
• The first withdrawal from a new account may require additional processing time for verification purposes.

Spd888 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, spd888 will notify the player and provide an opportunity for clarification.

Spd888 offers a variety of bonus programs and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer. Players are advised to read these terms carefully before activating any bonus.

General principles applicable to all spd888 bonuses and promotions:

3. Step Three: If you are not satisfied with the first-level outcome, you may escalate your complaint to a spd888 Senior Manager for further review.
4. Step Four: If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be referred to the relevant regulatory body for independent arbitration.

All disputes relating to game outcomes will be resolved based on spd888's server logs, which constitute the definitive record of all gaming activity.

Spd888 reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement any section of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the spd888 platform.

In the event of material amendments that significantly affect players' rights, spd888 will:

• Displaying a clear notice of the amendment on the spd888 homepage for a minimum of 14 days.
• Sending notifications to active players via their registered email address.
• Clearly displaying the effective date of amendments in this document.

Continued use of the spd888 platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please close your account before the amendment's effective date.

This Terms & Conditions document is governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any legal dispute that cannot be resolved through spd888's internal procedures will be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction.
